Eligible applicants are those entering the College of Business, all majors, entering Freshmen, continuing Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, Graduates. These applicants are required to have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75- undergrad / 3.0-Grad and full-time enrollment is a must. Preference is given to students majoring in Finance placing an emphasis on Real Estate studies. The sum of the scholarship award is a minimum of $2500 and the number of awards varies. Eligible applicants are as follows: College of Business – All Majors, Class Standing Entering Freshmen, Continuing Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, Graduates. Applicants are required to have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75-undergrad, 3.0-grad and need to be full-time enrolled students. Previous recipients are given preference.
