Health Care & Human Services Scholarships in Maryland

Cynthia E. Morgan Memorial Scholarship

Must be a current resident of Maryland, a junior or senior at a Maryland high school, or currently attending (or plan to attend) an accredited Maryland post-secondary school. Candidate must be the first person in his/her immediate family who will attending a Maryland accredited post-secondary school. Must be planning to enter a medical or medical-related field, not including administrative services. Candidate must be attending, or planning to attend, a Maryland post-secondary institution or medical training school.

MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation Scholarship

Available to residents of Southern Maryland (St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert counties). Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA if applying within 4 years of high school graduation. If more than 4 years since high school graduation submit an ACT score or proof of degree from another school. In return for receiving the scholarship, recipients will commit to working at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital.

The Kenney Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time student, US citizen/permanent resident, resident of the Tri-State area, have at least 3.0 GPA and enrolled in Human Service curriculum.
