Arc of Washington Trust Fund

Stipends up to $5000 each to upper division or graduate students in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, or Idaho. Must demonstrate interest in field of intellectual or other developmental disabilities. Applicants must submit statement of interest in work within required field, academic and other qualifications, achievements and both immediate and long-term goals. Letters of endorsement from at least 2 faculty sponsors and official college transcripts also required.

MGMA Western Section Scholarships

Applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management including public health, business admin., healthcare admin and other related areas. NOT intended to support medicine, physical therapy nursing or other clinically related professional degrees. Applicant must be a current member of MGMA and reside in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming

Margaret Murphy Carley Scholarship for Nursing Education

Applicant must be a certified nursing assistant currently working in the field of long term care and seeking an LPN, RN, or advanced nursing degree. Must have demonstrated a commitment to quality in their work and a desire to advance their career in the long term care profession.

General Studies Scholarship

Applicant must meet at least one of the following criteria: Currently working in a long term care profession with a desire to gain additional certification, licensure, or other degree through an accredited educational program in a field related to long term care OR enrolled or about to be enrolled in an educational program related to healthcare and seeking to work in long term care. Recipient must agree to continue to work in the field of long term care for at least three years after completion of academic program.

BJ Regrown Scholarship for Registered Nursing Education

Candidates must be a CAN, CMA, or LPN and currently employed in the long term care with a minimum of 3 years experience, and seeking an RN with the end goal of career advancement in the long term care profession.
