Furman University Palmetto Fellows

Based on annual guidelines academic scholarship gives $6,700 to residents of South Carolina, who currently hold a 3.50 grade point of average, 1200 SAT or 27 Act and rank in top 6 percent of the class. Scholarship amounts may vary depending on the decisions by the South Carolina Legislature.

South Carolina Education Assistance for Children of Certain War Veterans

South Carolina Education Assistance for Children of Certain War Veterans, Section 25-11-10 of the SC Code provides that the office of the veterans will assist of every service personnel. These programs are extended to eligible dependents, including parents, widows, children and orphans of ex-service personnel. Free Tuition Programs for certain war Veterans’ children is also administered, also providing administrative support for the Veterans’ Trust Fund Board of Trustees as well as other assistance programs.

South Carolina Tuition Grants Program is for qualified awarded students of South Carolina residents who attend eligible South Carolina Independent Colleges. Students can apply annually by submitting their free Application for Federal Student aid.

This scholarship is awarded to students of South Carolina and is based on the character, demonstrated leadership abilities, and dedication to agriculture or any related fields. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide educational funds for the scholarship to the people who are pursuing a higher education degree in agriculture or agriculturally related programs.

South Carolina Chapter Soil and Water Conservation Society Scholarship

South Carolina Chapter Soil and Water Conservation Society Scholarship, provides $1,000 scholarship (this amount does not exceed tuition and books). This scholarship is for residents of South Carolina and for those students who are eligible for undergraduate studies. This scholarship is available to those students from the field of conservation or natural resources and they can be part time or full time students.
