This University of Michigan scholarship is given to about 35 recipients each year and is intended for college seniors or recent graduates who plan to attend graduate school. This scholarship can be used for tuition, room and board or books.
Michigan Competitive Scholarship
This program is for undergraduate students pursuing their first degree. The award is given based upon both financial need as well as academic merit. The scholarship funds are exclusively for tuition and related fees, but cannot be used for room and board. Several of these are given each year and are valued at $600 per academic year.
