MGMA Midwest Section Scholarship

Applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management including public health, business admin., healthcare admin and other related areas. NOT intended to support medicine, physical therapy nursing or other clinically related professional degrees. Applicant must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota or Wisconsin.

Nurse Educator Scholarship Program

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen, AND an Illinois resident. Student must be a recipient of a t least a bachelor’s degree which enables you to skillfully prepare students for a career in professional or practical nursing, be enrolled or accepted for enrollment on at least part-time basis at an eligible Illinois College, demonstrate financial need via FAFSA, maintain satisfactory academic progress, not be in default on any student loan, state or federal grant. Comply with federal Selective Service Requirements. Applicant must teach in Illinois in the field of nursing education. If commitment not fulfilled, amount of proceeds convert to a loan.
