High School seniors or adults that are residents of the Kennebec Valley area serviced by MaineGeneral Medical Center. Applicant must be pursuing a health or medical profession currently practiced at MGMC.

Pearl Ramsey Memorial Nursing Scholarship
Any senior or college student who has been accepted into a nursing program is eligible.

Any Maine resident enrolled in a Maine accredited nursing bachelors degree or higher program is eligible.

Past National President Frances Booth Medical Scholarship
Applicant must be a son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, stepchild, or a foster child of a current year member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars or its Ladies Auxiliary of Maine. Applicant must be a resident of Maine but may attend the school or vocational school of choice. Student must be enrolled at a two- or four-year school in the medical profession.

School of Nursing Scholarship
Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or better at time of application, transfer students should use their documented GPA from previous institution. Applicant must be a degree candidate carrying at least 6 credits.
