Applicant must be a Junior or Senior student for the upcoming school year, current legal resident of Mississippi, enrolled full- or part-time, must not presently or previously have defaulted on an education loan, must have been fully admitted to an eligible accredited School of Nursing. Scholarship award in exchange for varying service obligations within the State of Mississippi.
