Applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management including public health, business admin., healthcare admin and other related areas. NOT intended to support medicine, physical therapy nursing or other clinically related professional degrees. Applicant must be a current member of MGMA and reside in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming

Nightingale Nursing Scholarship
Applicant must be a resident of New Mexico, enrolled in a nursing program approved by NM Board of Nursing or accredited by NLNAC, or CCNE. Must have completed first semester of nursing program (prerequisites excluded), maintain a GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or better.

NIH Undergrad Scholarship Program
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident, enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited 4-year institution located in the US. Must maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher (4.0 scale) or within top 5 percent of class, must demonstrate financial need.

Indian Health Scholarship
Available to American Indian students in health care professions. Recipient must maintain 2.0 GPA, and must serve the Indian people upon completion of professional health care education and training. Scholarship includes tuition, books, and monthly stipend.

Artesia Special Hospital District Occupations Scholarship
Applicants must be currently employed by the Artesia General Hospital. They must have at least one semester of college and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Must be pursuing a career in the healthcare field.
